Elon Musk's space company Space Exploration Technologies – better known as Space X – is valued at $175 billion (just over SEK 1,800 billion) or more in discussions where the company's owners are discussing the possibility of selling insider shares to new external shareholders, according to Bloomberg's sources.

According to the sources, it is an offer that would raise $500-750 million and a price of $95 each.

This summer, Space X – which according to media reports may be close to spinning off its Starlink satellite business to the stock market – was valued at $150 billion in a similar deal.
