Italian airline Alitalia is bleeding the equivalent of SEK 20 million a day, according to Italian Industry Minister Stefano Patuanelli, according to Reuters.

The crisis company, which is managed by an administrator, has previously been rumored to be a potential candidate for a consortium consisting of state railway operator Ferrovie dello Stato, American airline Delta Airlines and infrastructure group Atlantia.

However, the negotiations have so far failed.
