All 132 people on board the crashed plane in China on Monday have been confirmed dead.
The message came from The death toll from the serious accident outside the city of Wuzhou in the Guangxi region was formally confirmed by state media CCTV, citing the aviation authority. The crash caused a fire that could be seen by satellites and also created a large hole in the mountainside.
The plane suddenly dived from a high altitude before crashing, and the cause of the accident has not been determined.
One of the plane's so-called black boxes, the one with the audio recording, has been found, but it was partially destroyed and work to recreate the contents is underway.
