The travel company Detur was heavily criticized when they canceled the rest of the 2022 charter season.

Now travelers have received notifications about canceled trips next year as well, reports SVT News.

At the same time, the company cannot be reached, neither by travelers, media, authorities, nor airports.

”"We have been chasing those responsible at the highest level but have not been able to make contact," writes Peter Jansson, CEO of Norrköping Airport, to SVT.

The company has hundreds of reports with the Swedish Enforcement Authority, the Swedish Public Administration and Public Administration Office, the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
