Direct flight between Arlanda and Saint Petersburg ahead of the World Cup

The airline S7 Airlines will offer direct flights between Arlanda in Stockholm and Saint Petersburg during June and September.

The investment is being made ahead of the World Cup in Russia, which starts on June 14. This is stated in a press release. The first flight will take place on June 10 and the route will be operated on Wednesdays and Sundays.

With the airline's network in Russia, we also hope to welcome many new incoming tourists who want to explore Sweden during the summer months," says Elizabeth Axtelius, Aviation Marketing Director at Swedavia.

S7 Airlines' route network is based out of hubs in Moscow and Novosibirsk in Russia.
