The giant Dragon Gate building along the E4 outside Älvkarleby is reopening, reports TV4 News.
The Chinese Palace has been closed since 2020, but will be open to sell Italian ice cream starting this summer. The new owners are Arosslättens fastigheter AB.
In the long term, the goal is to open both a restaurant and a hotel in the currently empty premises, the new owners tell TV4.
