Erica Hultmark, 44, lives in Gothenburg, Sweden, but spends her summers in a house outside Stenungsund. She most recently held the role of Regional Director Operations at First Hotels, and has a solid background in the hotel industry. Previous experience includes positions as General Manager at First Hotel G and Hotel Director at Quality Hotel Jönköping and Comfort Hotel Winn in Umeå. Erica is educated in Switzerland, and has also completed a one-year training course as a management trainee at Nordic Choice Hotels in 2008-2009.
