Erika Karlsson will most recently be Human Resource Business Partner for Radisson Hotel Group in Sweden. Her experience in the hotel industry includes both operational roles as hotel manager at one of Stockholm's largest hotels and experience in sales in various contexts. A broad palette that is valuable in the work that now lies ahead of her.

One of her strengths is leadership - building strong teams. The desire to get people to cooperate through trust and confidence that develops both the product and the individual. This is also how Erika wishes to continue working when she takes up her new role as director at Park Inn by Radisson Stockholm, Solna this January.
