
Finnish airline Finnair is expanding its route network to meet demand as more people are fully vaccinated and communities reopen, according to a press release. Among other things, routes to New York and Los Angeles from Stockholm are being opened.
Finnair is adding and intensifying its schedule of flights to Europe, North America and Asia for the upcoming winter season, the company writes.
Regarding Stockholm, in addition to the direct routes to New York and Los Angeles, direct routes to Miami, Phuket and Bangkok will also be introduced, as previously announced.
The route to Osaka, Japan, will resume in October and Nagoya in February. At the same time, the Chicago route will also be strengthened in the winter, from previously being a summer route.
