
The airline Finnair has set several financial goals for the period 2020-2025.
Firstly, the company must deliver an operating margin of over 7.5 percent over a cycle. This must also be built up over the 12-18 month period.
Furthermore, the return on capital employed must be above 10 percent. The airline also sets other goals such as over 85 percent of flights to be on time.
The dividend policy is left unchanged. Capacity growth, measured as ASK, should grow by 3-5 percent per year, CAGR. Debt should not exceed 175 percent. Today it is 74 percent.
