Finnair Plc has today published its annual report for 2025, including the board of directors' report and financial statements. The report also contains the sustainability report prepared in accordance with the EU's new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
In conjunction with the annual report, Finnair has also released Financial Information 2025 — a separate report that includes the board of directors' report and the financial statements in digital format European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). The report is designed in XHTML, and the most important parts of the financial data are marked with iXBRL tags to meet ESEF requirements.
The independent accounting firm KPMG Oy Ab has issued a reasonableness review of Finnair's ESEF financial statements in accordance with the ISAE 3000 standard.
