Finnair's passenger traffic in terms of RPK decreased by 96 percent in February, compared to the same month a year ago, according to traffic figures for the month.
A total of 87,300 passengers flew with Finnair in February, which is a decrease of 92 percent.
Capacity measured as available seat kilometers (ASK) was down 89 percent.
The reductions are attributed to the ”exceptionally strict travel restrictions” imposed in several countries, which have particularly affected transatlantic routes. No such flights were operated in February.
