Finnish airline Finnair increased its revenue by 16.4 percent to EUR 917 million (788) in the second quarter of 2026.

The comparable operating profit improved to EUR 78.4 million (10.3). Operating profit rose to EUR 86.6 million (19.2).

Earnings per share improved to EUR 0.28 (0.06).

The number of passengers increased by 7.6 percent to 3.3 million (3.1).

Finnair now plans to increase its total capacity, measured as ASK, by 1 percent in 2026. This is a smaller increase than previously planned, partly due to cancelled flights in the Middle East.
