The incident took place on one of the Irish airline Aer Lingus' long-haul flights between Ireland and the United States.

Later, a bill for the equivalent of 3,000 kronor arrived, literally like a letter in the mail from the operator AT&T, reports the Irish Times.
According to AT&T, the aircraft has antennas that detect cell phones without flight mode even when they are not in use.
