The SAS airline's nomination committee proposes Kay Kratky as a new board member.

This is stated in a press release.

Kay Kratky also currently serves as a board member of the Austrian Aviation Association, CEO of the Aviation Initiative for Renewable Energy in Germany, and as chairman of the advisory board Caphenia, according to a press release.

Previously, he has also worked as CEO of Austrian Airlines during the period 2015-2018 as well as several other different positions within the Lufthansa Group.
