Hotel Park Allé becomes part of GCCH. Park Allé will be the hotel group's 7th hotel in operation and the first in Skåne.

The hotel currently has 23 rooms and has welcomed guests since 1936. Currently, a renovation is underway where the bathrooms are being renovated.

– Acquiring a hotel in Kristianstad with such a rich history feels great. We are very happy to be able to further develop this hotel. Park Allé also fits well into the strategy for our upcoming venture in Skåne, where we are developing Willow Hotel in Trelleborg, among other things.. says Henric Hannerfalk.

Interim hotel manager will be Alexandra Persson, who is transferring from her position as Guest Relations Manager within GCCH.

The hotel group's long-term goal is to increase the number of hotel rooms in the building. They also want to continue operating the business without a chain affiliation, while the overall feel and interior style will move more towards a boutique hotel.

GCCH will take over the operation of the hotel on March 1, 2023.

According to the press release.
