A total of ten departures from Arlanda and Landvetter with destinations in Germany are canceled on Tuesday due to a strike in Germany.

”"From Arlanda we have three cancelled departures to Frankfurt with Lufthansa and we have two cancelled departures to Hamburg with Eurowings. And at Landvetter we have five cancelled departures to Frankfurt with Lufthansa," says Åsa Öhman, press officer at Swedavia.

The strike does not affect all departures to Germany from Sweden, however. The airline SAS has three departures to Frankfurt from Arlanda that are running as planned. At present, it is said that the strike will only last on Tuesday.

”"They have said it will last until 8:00 pm tonight," says Åsa Öhman.
