In connection with the competition, SkiStar was presented as the official title sponsor of the Alpine World Ski Championships in Åre, the world's next major winter sports event after the Olympics.

Yesterday it became official that SkiStar will be the title sponsor of the Alpine World Championships in Åre and with less than 370 days left, ticket sales for the world championship opened.
– The sponsorship suits us perfectly and will contribute to increased international awareness of our brand, our booking platform skistar.com and our ski resorts, which are Scandinavia's five largest and Austria's St. Johann in Tirol, says Mathias Lindström, Marketing and Sales Director SkiStar.
