Green light for SAS financing plan

All essential conditions for implementing SAS's recapitalization plan have now been met, according to a press release from the company.

During an extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday, the meeting decided on certain changes to the articles of association, a reduction in the share capital and that the board of directors may decide on new issues of ordinary shares and a bonus issue.

”"The implementation of SAS's recapitalization plan is progressing in accordance with the terms announced by SAS in a press release on August 14, 2020," the company writes.

Decisions on new issues are expected to be made on Wednesday, September 23.
