Gröna Lund CEO Magnus Widell believes the amusement park can open in the spring, Mitti reports.

– If I were to put a percentage, I would say that it is one hundred percent certain that we will open. But under what restrictions I cannot answer, he tells the newspaper.

Gröna Lund announced this week that they will hire 1,500 people for the summer, just like a normal season.

– We are hopeful and really look forward to being able to open, in a responsible way. With the new pandemic legislation, businesses that have been closed will be given the opportunity to open up in an adapted way. It is extremely positive that the law is already coming into force now, says Annika Troselius, Head of Information at Gröna Lund to Mitt.
