As of December 1, proof of vaccination will be required as a preventive measure at public events and public gatherings that take place indoors and gather more than 100 people. Anyone over the age of 18 will be required to show proof if requested by the organizer. The organizer has the right to deny entry to anyone who refuses.

HOW DO I GET IT?

Start by getting vaccinated. Within seven days, the vaccination will be reported to the National Vaccination Register. You can then log in with your e-ID at covidevis.se.If you do not have an e-ID, you can read about how to get an e-ID here. After logging in, it is possible to download, print or save the certificate. It is also automatically sent to your digital mailbox. If you do not have one, you can get a digital mailbox here.

DOES IT COST?

No, the vaccination certificate is free. It is also free to get vaccinated.

IS ONE DOSE ENOUGH?

You can receive a vaccination certificate once you have received a dose of vaccine, but it is not certain that the certificate will then be valid for all activities.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The vaccination certificate has a QR code that, when scanned, confirms that you have been vaccinated against COVID-19. The certificate with the QR code can be obtained both digitally and on paper.

WHAT INFORMATION IS ON IT?

The vaccination certificate states your name, date of birth, date of issue, nationality, which vaccine and how many doses you have taken, and how long the certificate is valid.

DOES IT MATTER WHICH VACCINE I HAVE TAKEN?

No. The vaccination certificate is valid for all COVID-19 vaccines that have been approved by the EU.

HOW LONG IS IT VALID?

If the vaccination certificate was issued between July 1 - September 30, 2021, it is valid for 90 days.

If the certificate was issued October 1-December 31, 2021, it is valid for 180 days.

You can pick up a new vaccination certificate at any time at covidevis.se

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET IT WITHOUT A SWEDISH PERSONAL IDENTITY NUMBER?

It is currently not possible to obtain a vaccination certificate for those who do not have a Swedish personal identity number and have had their vaccination registered on a reserve number. However, the Swedish E-Health Authority has been tasked by the government to resolve this by the end of 2021.

If you have a Swedish personal identification number but have had your vaccination registered on a reserve number or coordination number, you can contact your vaccinator and ask them to register the vaccination on your personal identification number instead.

If you are vaccinated in Sweden, but have a coordination number and no population registration address, you should this special form The proof is then sent to an agent and you will receive a notification from PostNord when it is possible to collect the letter.
