Remove

The heavy snowfall can cause heavy drifts, warns SMHI.

The Class 2 warning applies to the counties of Gävleborg, Uppsala and Stockholm.

There may be some snow in Svealand and southern Norrland on Monday evening and tomorrow, Tuesday.

SMHI has issued a class 2 warning for Gävleborg as well as the Uppland coast and the Roslags coast. The same area where many are still without power after the ravages of storm Alfrida last week.

According to SMHI, there could be up to 25 centimeters of new snow.

In addition, there is a class 1 warning for snowfall in Värmland, Dalarna, Västmanland and Örebro counties.

It could be very difficult in traffic with slippery snow and poor visibility, fears Sveriges Radio's Traffic Editorial Team.
