High temperatures – SMHI expands listing

Remove

SMHI is warning of high temperatures in several areas in southern Sweden.

The initial listing applied to the West Coast and Skåne, but now Blekinge County has also been added. The noticeable heat will persist until the middle of next week, until July 18 at 7:00 PM.

Warm weather is expected during the day, with the maximum daytime temperature likely to be at least 26 degrees, the authority writes.

The heat increases the risk of health problems, especially for risk groups such as children and the elderly.
