Egencia, which operates the business travel segment within the Expedia Group, recently presented this year's top list of the 100 best business hotels in the world.
Hotel Riverton is one of four hotels on the list located in Gothenburg.
More than 300,000 hotels were evaluated and the finalists were selected based on popularity, price, amenities, customer service and overall guest experience throughout 2017. All hotels on the final list have received the highest ratings for their customer service, meaning not a single complaint, from their total of 62,000 guests.
