In December, the Foreign Office advised against all travel to Thailand within 50 kilometres of the Cambodian border.
The advisory also included the islands in Trat province, including Koh Chang, Koh Kood, and Koh Mak.
The background was the ongoing conflict between Thailand and Cambodia.
Well, on May 28, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has decided to ease the travel advisory. According to the new decision, travel is only advised against within 20 kilometres of the border between Thailand and Cambodia.
The decision applies until further notice.
