Airlines come out on top when Råd & Rön lists the worst travel companies.
- Råd & Rön, together with the travel magazine Vagabond, has compiled the worst travel companies.
- At the top of Råd & Rön's Black List are only airlines that together owe their customers almost one million kronor. The cases usually concern compensation in connection with delayed or canceled flights.
- Ryanair tops the list with a total of 14 different cases where the company's passengers were found right by the Swedish Complaints Board, but were still left without the compensation the board decided.
