Early Tuesday morning, the parties in the SAS strike in Norway reached an agreement, reports among others. Excellent.

The Swedish Confederation of Aviation and NHO Luftfart have been involved in the negotiations.

– This is a big and important victory for our members, says the leader of Fellesforbundet Jørn Eggum.

– Our most important demands have been met. We have agreed on a substantial salary increase, more weekends off and proper meal breaks on the ground, says Eggum.

The strike among Norwegian cabin crew at SAS began on Friday and was primarily about low wages.
