A disruption in the airline SAS's IT system on Monday afternoon means that some departures are delayed.
”"We had a temporary data and network problem that lasted for about an hour, but it is now resolved," says Alexandra Lindgren, press officer at SAS in Denmark, at 5 p.m.
The incident has affected departures, but not any flights in the air. The cause of the problems is unclear.
”"We don't know, we're looking into that now. The important thing was to get the systems up and running and the flights could take off as they should," says Lindgren.
She cannot answer exactly which departures are affected and how extensive the delays are.
”"I don't have a picture of the extent now. We are trying to resolve it and focusing on getting the passengers off."”
