This is where it gets warmest on Midsummer

Remove

The Midsummer weather looks set to offer a classic Swedish mix of sun and clouds in large parts of the country, according to SMHI.

During the week there will be showers mainly over eastern and northern Sweden, but by Midsummer's Eve most of it will have moved on. Remnants of the rain may linger over parts of Norrland.

In the rest of the country, variable cloudiness, occasional local afternoon showers and temperatures between 16 and 23 degrees are expected.

It looks like it will be warmest in eastern Småland, where temperatures could reach the highest levels in the country during the Midsummer weekend.
