Starting immediately after the summer, Johanna Eriksson will be the new Chief HR Officer at Sweden's marketing company Visit Sweden.

– The time has now come to work even more focused on operational and strategic HR issues after having worked with talented but external HR partners for some time, says Visit Sweden's CEO Susanne Andersson.

– We are extremely pleased that Johanna is joining the company after the summer and brings more perspectives and a broad range of experience and expertise that we now need, Susanne continues.

Johanna has ten years of experience as an HR manager and over 20 years of broad experience in the HR area, including operational leadership support, digitalization of HR processes, employer attractiveness, driving cultural change and leadership and team development.

Johanna most recently came from a position as HR Manager & Internal Communications Manager at the Swedish Fire Protection Association. 

Johanna also has experience from government operations and non-profit and community-benefiting organizations and has previously also worked as HR Manager for Fortum Värme, HR Business Partner – Fortum Group, Internal HR consultant at the National Police Board.
