TUI strengthens its change leadership by recruiting Jonas Darnell as new Nordic HR Manager. With solid experience of strategic HR work from the aviation and industrial sectors, Jonas now takes a place in TUI's Nordic management to drive leadership and culture issues in a time of change and growth for the company.
Jonas Darnell most recently joined AirFrance-KLM where he was HR Manager for the Northern Europe and CIS region, with experience in managing transformation projects in an international and complex structure. Prior to that, Jonas held several senior HR roles at Saab, focusing on strategic HR work within change and culture processes as well as leadership support and employment law.
TUI is on a journey of change to become the leading global marketplace for holiday experiences. In recent months, the company has introduced a new functionally led organization, which has brought new ways of working and processes in the Nordic organization.
