Julius Bengtsson has held several senior positions within Geab and is currently the company's President and CEO. He will remain in the position until the transfer to Swedavia in January.

Will develop Gotland's accessibility
Visby Airport plays a central role in Gotland's connections with the mainland and for the region's tourism industry. In his new role, Bengtsson will work on the airport's continued development and Swedavia's transformation efforts.
– The airport is central to both accessibility and development of the region and for me it means a fantastic opportunity to, together with colleagues and partners at the airport, help strengthen Gotland while contributing to the climate transition, says Julius Bengtsson.
He will take office as airport manager on January 18, 2027.
