Every year, the members of the Passenger Shipping Association collectively transport millions of
passengers, and now the association has a new chairman at the helm. Kenneth Gustavsson, CEO
for Gotland Alandia Cruises, has been elected chairman of the association that works to
strengthen the role of passenger shipping and highlight its importance for the Swedish tourism industry.
At the Passenger Shipping Companies' Annual General Meeting on May 9, Kenneth Gustavsson was elected CEO of Gotland.
Alandia Cruises, which operates the cruise ship Birka Gotland, has a new chairman
Passenger Shipping Association. He succeeds Marcus Risberg who will take office at the latest at the turn of the year.

Kenneth Gustavsson has been active in the Passenger Shipping Association for several years, most recently in
role as vice chairman. With his extensive experience from the shipping industry, he has a deep
understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

Today the association consists of 12 different passenger shipping companies. Together the association lifts and operates
important core issues within ferry shipping to promote and create conditions for growth, continued
development and long-term profitability. The members of the passenger shipping companies are working to actively
develop and highlight the many positive aspects of passenger ferry traffic. This is done by
spread knowledge, create commitment to the shipping industry and conduct opinion polls for the shipping companies
who are active in tourism within but also to and from Sweden.
