After 25 years in DERTOUR Group, Leif Vase Larsen, CEO International, has chosen to leave his position at the end of April 2026. From May 1, he will start in a new role outside the group.
Leif Vase Larsen has been known throughout his career for leading multinational teams, developing international market strategies and driving digital and organizational transformation. He has been responsible for international expansion, harmonizing operational structures and strengthening the group's competitiveness in the global travel market.
Following his departure, Christoph Debus, CEO of DERTOUR Group, will temporarily take responsibility for the international operations, which include France, the UK, the Nordics and Benelux, to ensure continuity during the transition period.

Leif has been a key contributor to the Group's international efforts, and his experience and leadership have been instrumental in the growth of the Nordics and Europe. He now looks forward to new challenges and a new chapter in his career.

About Leif Vase Larsen
Leif Vase Larsen is an experienced international leader with extensive experience from several major European travel players. He joined Kuoni in 1999, became CEO of Kuoni Nordic in 2006 and was given responsibility for Playitas and Kuoni Russia in 2007. In 2009 he became a member of Kuoni's Executive Board with responsibility for Northern Europe, and in 2011 he was given responsibility for all European tour operators in Kuoni – including Apollo.
Following DERTOUR Group's acquisition of Kuoni's European tour operator business, he became part of DERTOUR Group in 2015 as CEO Northern Europe and member of the International Management Board. Since 1 January 2023, he has been CEO International of DERTOUR Group and member of the Group's Executive Board.
