It seems that there will be no strike at London Gatwick Airport this summer. The situation looks set to be resolved, British media reports.
The strike, which had been called off by more than 1,000 people and caused major disruption to air traffic, was called off by the Unite union on Monday, with DHL employees, who work against the airport's largest airline, easyJet, calling off the strike.
However, ASC and Menzies may vote down their proposals and then there could be a strike.
Negotiations are also taking place with Gatwick Ground Services, and these are developing in the right direction.
Gatwick is the UK's second largest airport.
