If you're looking to travel and want value for money, you may not need to go far.

Travel guide company Lonely Planet has named Denmark's capital Copenhagen the world's best city to visit in 2019.

In the list of ten world cities to visit, Copenhagen is called the capital of coolness and is praised for its architecture and dining experiences, among other things. The city also has 15 Michelin-starred restaurants.

The fast-growing tech hub Shenzhen in China is second on the list, and Novi Sad, known as the ”Athens of Serbia,” is third. This is the fourteenth year in a row that Lonely Planet has compiled the list.
