Europe's largest airline group, German Lufthansa, confirms that talks are underway with the German government about a rescue package.

”"According to the draft, which is not yet completely clear, stabilization measures of up to nine billion euros are provided, of which three billion in the form of a loan," said corona crisis-hit Lufthansa in a statement.

The package would, among other things, mean that the German government, through the newly launched WSF fund, would own 20 percent of the company.
