Lufthansa increased the number of passengers by 2.3 percent to 14.0 million in September, compared to the same month last year. The previous month, growth was 2.9 percent.

Measured in revenue passenger kilometers (RPK), the airline's traffic increased by 2.4 percent during the month. The previous month, growth was 2.7 percent.

Capacity, measured as ASK, increased by 2.2 percent during the month. The previous month, growth was 1.8 percent.
