Magnus has held several different roles in the taxi industry for over 30 years, including several senior positions, most recently as CEO of Cabonline in Stockholm, an assignment he completed in 2022.
Magnus began his career in taxis as a driver and has also run several haulage companies. For 10 years, until 2022, Magnus was also a member of the board of the Swedish Taxi Association.

Competition is now fiercer than ever in the market and I look forward to developing the business and further strengthening our position as customers' first choice when it comes to safe and secure taxis., says Magnus Klintbäck.
Taxi Gothenburg is an economic association with 90 haulage companies, which operate just over 300 vehicles and employ over 700 taxi drivers.
– Magnus' commitment, experience as a leader and his solid knowledge of the taxi industry are valuable to us. We were very pleased when Magnus accepted the assignment and we look forward to having Magnus at the helm in the future., says Mike McShane, chairman of the board of Taxi Gothenburg.
Magnus will take up his position as CEO of Taxi Gothenburg in February 2024. The previous CEO of Taxi Gothenburg, Björn Falk, ended his assignment in October 2023.
