The majority of the stranded Ving travelers were able to return home on Tuesday.

With Monday's bankruptcy announcement from Thomas Cook, all outbound and inbound trips were canceled on the same day for the Swedish charter company Ving, which is owned by the Thomas Cook Group. 1,554 travelers who were supposed to go home on Monday were stranded, but on Tuesday the company managed to get the majority of them home.

”"Almost everyone was able to fly home on Tuesday. As far as I know at the moment, there are 137 passengers left that we are working to get home," says Charlotte Hallencreutz, communications officer at Ving.
