With Martin, SCR gains a CEO with superior knowledge of both the market and the organization, combined with an ambition and vision to develop the industry's conditions with a focus on marketing and industry development, says Michael Carlsson, Chairman of the Board of SCR.
Martin Juhos has a long background as Marketing Manager at SCR. For the past two years, he has worked as Marketing Manager on a consulting basis, in parallel with running his own business with a focus on marketing Scandinavian campsites in Germany and the Netherlands. He has broad experience in marketing and digital development, and his background includes, in addition to SCR, also leading roles at IT companies, start-ups and listed companies with a focus on, among other things, tourism media and digital service development.
"With more than 1 million guests a year, Sweden's campsites not only create unforgettable holiday experiences, but they are also essential for the Swedish tourism economy. I look forward to working to develop that position both in Sweden and internationally together with the industry and the team at SCR," says Martin Juhos, CEO of SCR.
Martin Juhos succeeds Peter Jansson, who has served as acting CEO of SCR for some time, and who now continues his previous assignment as administrative manager. SCR brings together more than 300 camping companies in a common network to market the industry nationally and internationally, enable the exchange of experiences, influence the outside world and drive joint development.
"Now the work continues to continuously develop our products and services to meet the market's demands in the future. I look forward to collaborating with Martin Juhos in our joint journey forward," says Michael Carlsson.
