The government is investing 50 million kronor in night trains to Europe, the Ministry of Enterprise and Industry writes in a press release.
”"It should be easy to travel climate-smart. That's why the government is investing in night trains to the continent," says Minister of Infrastructure Tomas Eneroth in the press release.
The goal is night trains to several European cities. Which cities these will be is not yet clear and will be investigated by the Swedish Transport Administration.
