More and more people are booking trips abroad after the decline last year, according to a press release from Ticket.
– We have seen a steady increase in travel bookings since the positive vaccine news began to follow each other, and sales in the last month have increased by more than 30 percent, says Michael Kapil, marketing manager at travel agency Ticket.
Demand is strongest for Mediterranean destinations Spain, Greece, Croatia, Italy and Portugal. But interest in next winter's long-haul trips to places like Thailand, the Caribbean and Miami has also picked up.
