More flight delays in the courts

Remove

The number of cases related to flight delays is increasing in Swedish courts and is now approaching the same levels as before the pandemic, reports Sveriges Radio Ekot.

Attunda District Court has received nearly 1,400 flight cases so far this year - twice as many as in 2022.

Attorney Anders Dereborg tells the radio that the large number of cases of this type risks crowding out other types of cases, such as criminal cases.
