More people flew with SAS in October

The airline SAS flew a total of 1.9 million passengers in October, an increase of 38 percent compared to the same month a year earlier. SAS's scheduled traffic recorded 1.8 million passengers, an increase of 36 percent. This is according to SAS's traffic report.

SAS's capacity increased by approximately 41 percent compared to October 2021.

Compared to September, the total number of passengers decreased by 3 percent and capacity increased by 1 percent.

The cabin factor was 75 percent and the change in passenger kilometers (RPK) was 70.5 percent to 2,637 million. ASK, a measure of available seat kilometers, grew by 40.7 percent to 2,531 million.
