Finnish airline Finnair increased the number of passengers by 15.6 percent in January.

A total of 965,700 passengers were transported.

The month before, growth was 13 percent. This is according to a press release. Measured in revenue passenger kilometers, RPK, the Finnish airline increased traffic by 19.3 percent during the month, compared to the same month the year before.

Last month, the increase was 17.4 percent. Capacity, measured as ASK, rose by 19.8 percent, while the passenger load factor fell by 0.4 percentage points to 80.1 percent.
