MSC Cruises is launching a new partnership with tech company Treering Memories to offer its guests AI-generated photo books after their holiday.

The new service allows travellers to automatically create personalised photo albums using pictures from their mobile phones. With the help of artificial intelligence, the images are compiled into finished albums in just a few minutes – without the guests having to edit or design the content themselves.

The initiative aims to extend the travel experience even after returning home and strengthen the relationship between the shipping company and its guests.

– Our platform makes it easy to preserve memories and transform trips into lasting stories, says Kevin Zerber, CEO of Treering Memories.

The technology has previously been used by other major cruise lines and is now also being introduced by MSC Cruises as part of its efforts to increase customer satisfaction and create new revenue opportunities.

By integrating AI-based services into the customer journey, MSC Cruises aims to offer a more personalised experience – while also maintaining contact with guests even after their trip has concluded.
