After several years within Comfort and an impressive journey from porter to leader, Nataniel Rodriguez is now taking over as hotel director at Comfort Hotel Kista. As the youngest hotel director in Comfort Hotels' history, he steps into the role with a strong commitment to people, culture and guest experiences, and a clear ambition to continue driving the hotel's development forward.
Nataniel began his hotel career at Clarion Hotel Stockholm at the age of 15 and has since gained extensive experience in roles within Front Office, bar, and service at, among others, Clarion Hotel Stockholm and Comfort Hotel Kista.
In his years, he has received several awards for his commitment and service, including Service Hero of the Month or Newcomer of the Year at the Clarion Hotel Stockholm, as well as a nomination for Department Manager of the Year in Comfort Hotels.

Since 2023, Nataniel has been Barception Manager at Comfort Hotel Kista, where he has led the team with a great interest in people, clear leadership, and a passion for the guest experience. He now brings his energy, commitment, and development-driven outlook to the role of Hotel Director.

Comfort Hotel Kista opened in 2018 and has since established itself as a natural meeting place in Kista for both travellers and local businesses. With its 194 rooms and modern social spaces, the hotel is an important part of Kista's continued development as a district and business hub. In recent years, the hotel has developed significantly and is today an appreciated addition to the area. With Nataniel at the helm from 1 January 2026, Comfort Hotel Kista will take the next step in its development, with a continued focus on culture, guest experience, and being an obvious meeting place in Kista.
