On October 28, it will be possible to get off the bus from Stockholm at Terminal 5 at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. In a second step, the change will also include boarding passengers in early 2026.

More travelers will now also have the opportunity to use the new modern security checkpoint in Terminal 5 and the new marketplace. At the same time, the old security checkpoint and check-in in Terminal 4 will close.

– Arlanda is an airport that Sweden can be proud of. We are the most punctual in Europe according to Eurocontrol and our new security check in Terminal 5 has fast and efficient flows. We have listened to the feedback we have received from passengers and are now opening a bus stop at Terminal 5 in two stages. Nothing is more important to Swedavia than our passengers and now we continue to implement improvements that strengthen the passenger experience at Arlanda with Terminal 5 as the heart of the airport, says Susanne Norman, COO, Swedavia.

According to the press release.

The closure of security checkpoints and check-in in the old Terminal 4 at Arlanda is a previously planned consequence of the change in Terminal 5 with a new security checkpoint and marketplace.
