New volcanic eruption causes flights to be cancelled

Mount Etna volcano in Sicily, Italy, has had a new eruption.

Several flights in Europe are now being grounded, CNN reports.

The plume of smoke reaches ten kilometres into the air. Catania Airport has closed, runways are covered with ash and rock.
